To maintain and manage the Service Response Desk for multiple office locations in a fast paced environment.  Dispatch service technicians that service and repair electronic security systems, access control, cctv, and fire systems.  Monitor service issues, respond to inquiries on the telephone, communicate with technicians, and survey incoming and outgoing service tickets to ensure single ticket dispatching and completion of service tickets within a timely manner.  Characteristics include persistence, team player, self-motivation and hard working.

The primary responsibilities of this position are handling accounts payable matters that include  all aspects of processing invoices for payment, assisting with bank reconciliations, sales tax recording keeping & reporting , special client account processing, documentation of loans, large vendor account back-up documentation for multiple companies and departments.  Also handles establishing accounts with vendors as needed.  This position serves as the point person for permitting accounts with municipalities.  Excellent customer service skills are required in addition to great listening skills, take-charge capability of problem-solving and excellent follow-up procedures.  This position responds to accounts payable needs of both internal as well as external clients.

To provide optimum service for clients in alarm monitoring, dispatching, and troubleshooting.

This position is designed to provide an additional layer of technical support to the install department with a focus on the installation crew(s) of the Tallahassee, FL office, but NOT limited to this geographical area. The IFS is expected to positively represent Sonitrol in the community.

The purpose of this position is to assist the Installation Manager with the operations of the install department with specific focus on administrative duties and occasional in-house technical support. The position also will handle all aspects of inventory coordination in support of Installation and Service teams in all related branches.

This position is designed to install new security and fire systems and add new equipment to existing security systems. The incumbent must also prepare paperwork for programming of new and existing security systems. In addition the installer should positively represent Sonitrol in the community.

This Administrative Assistant position handles all Document Imaging/Scanning duties for several locations. The position also serves as support for the accounting department and other departments as needed, including rotation on front-desk lunch relief. This position is full time and is paid on an hourly basis.

The responsibilities will be diverse and will include representing the company in a professional manner while managing incoming business phone lines and greeting visitors. This position works at the main entrance to the office, therefore, gives a first impression of the company. Demonstrating friendliness and a genuine desire to help people is a must. The incumbent provides administrative support to all departments as needed.

The purpose of this position is to service, repair and install CCTV, Access, Fire and Security systems for customer base, which includes municipal, residential and commercial accounts. In addition the technician should positively represent Sonitrol in the community.
