The primary responsibility is to keep accounts receivable aging to a minimum and will require a systematic process of communicating with the client base whose billing account is in arrears. Excellent customer service skills are required in addition to great listening skills, take-charge capability of problem solving, and excellent follow-up procedures.
This position is designed to install new security and fire systems and add new equipment to existing security systems. The incumbent must also prepare paperwork for programming of new and existing security systems. In addition the installer should positively represent Sonitrol in the community.
